March 1st 2026 Sunday – Clean up Australia Day. This national, community-led event encourages volunteers to clean up local parks, beaches, and waterways.

March 25th – The Mothers Union which started in 1876 are celebrating 150 years with a service and lunch at Seaford.
PARISH COUNCIL
Prepare for the Annual Meeting in March, where all Faith Communities of the Parish shall meet as one, on or before the 20th March.
Plan and advertise any Special Meetings of Faith Communities ahead of the Annual Meeting if necessary, giving a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
All reports must be made available to members seven days prior to the Annual Meeting.
Prepare Schedule A sheets for Annual Meeting attendance (PAO page 23).
Prepare and send returns to the Registry 14 days beyond the Annual Meeting: Financial Statements, Wardens, Nomination Committee, Secretary/Treasurer – (if applicable).
Annual review re: supply of Rectory Whitegoods in accordance with diocesan policy.
Plan the Commissioning / blessing of new Parish council members on a Sunday after the Annual Meeting.
Organise Palm Crosses.
Determine and begin to advertise dates, leaders and venues for any Lenten studies. Advertise Holy Week Services.
