Hymnary.org
This has a vast collection of hymns, providing words for copyright free, as well as some with copyright.
There is a search facility enabling searches by Topic, Scripture reference, Tune, Sunday of the Year, etc.

Oremus Hymnal
Provides recommended hymns for individual Sundays of the Year. (Common Lectionary as well as Revised Common Lectionary - this mainly affects the Old Testament reading.) Unfortunately links to words are no longer provided, but a Google search, or similar will locate most.

Singing from the Lectionary
From an Australian blogger. This site provides a mix of old and new possibilities for the upcoming Sunday readings, as well as a search facility for previous recommendations as well as a Scripture Index, Lectionary Index, and other occasions.

Hymnsite
Hymns to match the Revised Common Lectionary readings. They are of an ‘older’ vintage usually.

Textweek
An omnibus site, with scriptural commentary, and sermon preparation material, as well as liturgical recommendations. Scrolling down the page for the Sunday of choice, the ‘Hymns and Music’ section provides access to a variety of music sites. Often there is access to newly written hymns relating to the Gospel of the day which frequently use well known tunes.

Small Church Music
A site providing mp3 music files for an array of hymns from many hymnbooks. Sound files in a variety of styles can be downloaded - Pipe Organ, Piano, vocals, band, instrumental, etc. Words to hymns are also available.
If you need to edit the music files, the free programme ‘Audacity’ can be downloaded from the site.
This is helpful if the recorded file is too short or long, or you wish to adjust tempo or pitch.

Jubilate
A site providing lyrics to many great hymns updated by Jubilate.

The Cyber Hymnal
Tunes by meter - a great resource for choosing tunes.
